What You’ll Do
- Provide remote Tier 1 and Tier 2 support to end users by phone, email, and remote tools.
- Troubleshoot issues with Windows OS, Microsoft 365, networking, printers, and endpoint protection.
- Use Autotask PSA to manage tickets, document work, and track time.
- Respond to alerts and tickets from Datto RMM.
- Help with user onboarding/offboarding, workstation setup, and software installs.
- Escalate complex issues to senior engineers or vendors when needed.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients (mostly in English; Spanish is a plus).
What You Bring
We’re open to different backgrounds, but here’s what helps:
- 1–3 years of experience in IT support or help desk roles (MSP experience is a plus).
- Good troubleshooting skills with Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365 Admin Center, and basic networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Familiarity with PSA/RMM tools like Autotask and Datto RMM.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to stay organized, manage time, and work independently.
- Certifications (CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco) are a plus but not required.
- A reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional workspace.
